CBD Strawberry Smoothie (4 ingredients)
I’ve been adding CBD oil to my smoothies for over a year now and I love it. I try to take 10 drops a day, but sometimes I forget. Adding it to smoothies is more enjoyable for me, especially since I know that when CBD is combined with food it can increase its bioavailability.
You can play around with this smoothie and substitute any of the ingredients, this is just a general guideline :)
15 small dates (or around 7 medjool dates)
2 cups unsweetened vanilla oat milk (or any other non-dairy milk)
1 cup of frozen strawberries (or any berry of your choice, I love using frozen blueberries too)
1 cup of filtered water
5 drops of CBD oil
Add all of the ingredients to the blender.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
